What do I need?

Very little.  We endeavour to make your learning experience as easy as possible.  So there is no set uniform or outfit required; just comfortable clothes and comfortable flat shoes such as training shoes.

We also understand the economics of learning any art or exercise form, so we try to keep our costs to the minimum, ensuring that high quality Tai Chi is available to as wide a range of people as possible.  We remain highly competitive.
